Warning Sign 2:
Frequent angina. If chest pain occurs during
sleep and awakens the patient, this could be
a warning sign.
Warning Sign 3:
Abdominal pain. Some patients may
experience stomach pain, particularly within
1-2 hours after eating, before a heart
attack.
Warning Sign 4:
Irregular heartbeat. If this occurs around 3-
4 a.m., it could signal that a heart attack is
imminent.
By being aware of these risks and warning
signs, and by avoiding certain types of liquids before bedtime, especially if you have a history of heart disease, you can help
protect your heart and overall health.
