Balance Work and Rest:
Overworking can elevate your risk of heart
disease. It's also important to maintain a
positive, optimistic mindset, as a healthy
mental state contributes to heart health.
The body often sends warning signals
before a heart attack occurs, but these
signs are not always easy to recognize.
Warning Sign 1:
Chest pain and shortness of breath. Prior to
a heart attack, patients may experience a
feeling of tightness in the chest or difficulty
breathing. The pain typically appears in the
center of the chest or behind the breastbone
and can sometimes radiate to the left
shoulder, left arm, or other areas.
