Introduce a gentle awakening ritual. Water (we'll talk about it below), a snack — for example, a spoonful of honey or a banana, and only then coffee. Ideally, 30 to 60 minutes after waking up.
Personally experienced: when you stop drinking coffee on an empty stomach, blood pressure returns to normal, anxiety disappears, and sleep improves.

In reality, this is a shock to the body. Cold water on an empty stomach = spasm of the vessels in the stomach, liver, intestines, even the brain.
