PREPARATION AND USE:

 

As with the previous recipe, add all the ingredients to a glass of water and stir until dissolved. Drink this mixture every morning before breakfast. You should start losing weight in a few days. Continue this process and exercise regularly to burn significant amounts of fat!

A handful of mint leaves,

one cup of strawberries,

1 teaspoon of baking soda,

2 cups of water,

2 lemons.
